After working on Uber's platform, I discovered the truth of how the company takes advantage of the very resources they need. At BetterRideWithUs, LLC we are taking those saving from commercial insurance and platform fees to build a platform for the drivers who, if accepted, become owners in the platform where they can do up to twelve (12) hours of work to receive 80.0% earnings in Atlanta, Ga on their platform.
The savings that we turn back to the drivers is massive and we intend to provide health, dental and vision insurance to make them whole and treat them as employee's and respect the work they do by giving them 80% of all earning and use the 20% for operations. While this won't occur on day one, this is the plan to give the drivers ownership in their own platform that will have legal recourse and acquire massive benefits not offered by any other ride-share platform. The problem intended to be solved is inequity!
